Our Teachers and staff are dedicated to nurturing children with love, wisdom, and faith

Director - Consuella Craig
Greetings! My name is Mrs. Consuella, and I am honored to serve as the Director of Little Arrows Academy. I have been an educator for more than 30 years and hold Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, as well as Master's degrees in Leadership and Reading. In addition, I hold a Director's Certification in Child Care Administration.
Before joining Little Arrows Academy, I served in administrative roles with Baltimore County Public Schools and The Children's Guild School of Baltimore. Over the years, my passion has remained the same: I believe every child is a gift, and it is our responsibility to lovingly unwrap their unique abilities so they may grow academically, spiritually, and emotionally.
At Little Arrows Academy, it is my joy to lead a team dedicated to creating safe, faith-filled communities. Together with you, we will partner to help your child learn, explore, and reach their fullest potential.
When I am not at the Academy, you'll likely find me with my nose in a good book, cherishing time with my grandchildren, or traveling to new and exciting places!
Ms. Tiffany Taylor is pursuing her degree in Elementary Education at Grand Canyon University and has completed 99 hours of childcare experience. She loves teaching young children and is passionate about creating a warm, faith-based learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to grow. Ms. Taylor believes in teaching with patience, kindness, and creativity, helping children discover their unique gifts. Her goal is to make a lasting impact on her students' lives by nurturing both their learning and their faith.

Together, our staff partners with families to guide children in faith and learning.
